Requirements for Doggy Daycare and Overnight Boarding
West St. Dog app must be downloaded, with customer and pet profiles completed.
Dog(s) must pass a temperament test at least one day prior to boarding and daycare.
Proof that dog(s) are up to date on their Rabies, Distemper/Parvo,
and 6-month Bordetella vaccines.
Dog(s) must be spayed/neutered if over 8 months of age.
Proof of a fecal exam with negative results within the last year.

Temperament Test
Temperament tests can be scheduled through the West Street Dog app. To schedule one, download our app and fill out the prompted information. Then, create a profile for your dog(s). You can upload vaccination proof to your dog(s) profiles under the immunization tab on the app.
We require proof of the following:
Up-to-date Rabies vaccine
Up-to-date Bordetella vaccine
6-month Bordetella vaccines are required for daycare and boarding!
Up-to-date Distemper/Parvo vaccines
Proof of negative fecal exam results within the last year
Temperament tests are done as a full day of daycare, and cost $38. We do not offer half day options for temperament tests, as we like to have a full day to get to know your dog and ensure they are comfortable.
During the temperament test process, we slowly introduce your dog to the daycare setting and allow them to adjust at their own pace. We check to make sure that the dogs are social with other dogs and can handle being in a group with other dogs of different sizes and temperaments. As we are an indoor-only facility, we like to make sure all dogs are comfortable using the bathroom on our indoor grass, which is something we watch closely for during the temperament test.
We will send you an update on how your dog is doing once we have your dog(s) in the main daycare yard and have given them time to settle in. Updates will include pictures of your dog(s) in daycare and will be sent via the West Street Dog app, so be sure to keep your notifications turned on!
